renovated room friendly staff bad mattress back pains
i stayed in a freshly renovated room. it was VERY convenient with public transport NEARBY. the staff was friendly and let me check in early. the room was clean. what A start!
the mattress WASN'T great! it was thin. pillows did NOT fix this situation.

great location cool artwork questionable cleanliness dust accumulation
I really liked that the hotel is super close to itaewon station. This made getting around easy. the hotel also displayed cool artwork. I appreciated seeing sculptures and installations throughout the spaces
The cleanliness felt questionable. I only saw one cleaning staff working a floor by herself. i dropped something under the bed and found items leftover from previous guests and a large accumulation of dust

reasonable stay
convenient location cable ports outdated room unwelcoming atmosphere
The location was convenient for accessing nearby shops. the room had several cable ports next to the bed. This made charging my phone easier.
The room seemed outdated and not very clean. i did not felt welcome . This was a bit disappointing.
